AXTEL, a Mexican telecommunications company, today launches its voice over internet service “AXTEL Conmigo” in partnership with fring.
With fring, AXTEL Conmigo becomes the first Mexican telecommunication service enabling subscribers to receive fixed telephone line calls to mobile devices.
